When is the Air Fear of God 1 Yellow coming out?
Speculation has surrounded this model for nearly half a year now. Finally, Jerry Lorenzo has officially revealed the colourway via his Instagram. The shoe is set to drop according to Lorenzo sometime in July. The colourway was originally labelled the “Amarillo” back when it was initially teased. Jerry Lorenzo seems less keen on the name. Sticking to the Air Fear of God 1 ‘Yellow’ as the official name. Even quipping in his Instagram posts caption: ” The Lakeshow Yellows… aka The Chicago Sky’s… aka The Lorenzo PE’s… Just don’t call them “The Amarillo’s” please.” The price and exact release date are yet to be confirmed, but we willmost certainly see the yellow colourway sometime soon. With it expected to drop via the Nike SNKRS app.
What does the new design feature?
This latest addition to the Air Fear of God 1 portfolio leans on all the established features of previous models. Straying away from the muted pastel colours of its two most recent predecessors, however, in favour of this much brighter, vibrant yellow complexion. Constructed with a breathable mesh upper, the tonal hue spreads to the TPU cage and lacing. Jerry Lorenzo looks to be definitely upping his output for the rest of 2019 as his collaborative partnership with Nike goes from strength to strength. It really does seem like it is yet to hit a bum note since the pairing’s first shoe launched in late 2018.
