These are exciting times for fans of the AJ1 as new iterations of the iconic silhouette have been dropping left, right and centre lately.
You may have caught a glimpse of the upcoming Air Jordan 1 “Silver Toe” colourway that was recently teased by the Jumpman team. Well now it’s been revealed the upcoming style will arrive in toddler sizes too – great news if you’ve any little sneakerheads in the family!
Confirmed earlier this month as part of Jordan Brand’s Spring 2021 release schedule, the brand-new women’s AJ1 garnered a tonne of attention with its eye-catching, space-age appearance, although it was initially thought this one was just for the grown-ups. But now official images have surfaced which confirm the future release will arrive in miniature sizes too, so your little ones can also enjoy the splendour of these beautiful kicks.
The upcoming addition to the retro family uses a black, silver and white colour palette to produce a look that’s set to cause a frenzy when it eventually drops. The uppers are made using a luxurious soft leather, which is painted white on the base, and black on the mudguards, overlays and patented Nike Swoosh. Silver panels on the toe box, heel and ankle collars round off the colour scheme magnificently ensuring this is one look that will not go unnoticed.
Underneath, the shoe uses a simple but effective combo of white on the midsole and black on the treading and the result is a shoe that not only looks the part but guarantees comfort for both everyday and on-the-court use.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Silver Toe” is currently scheduled to drop on February 12th, 2021. As ever, it’ll be available to buy on Nike SNKRS and with select retailers. As with most of the High Retro OGs, this is set to be a popular release, so you’ll need Lady Luck on your side if you’re hoping to cop a pair.
