The Jordan collection boasts the biggest selection of basketball shoe silhouettes of all. Since the OG Air Jordan 1 landed in the 80s, we’ve been through the gears all the way up to 33. That’s right – 33!

It’s true that fans hunger for the Air Jordan 1 look but there are still millions of fans and basketball payers around the world who have a sneaky outside favourite. After all, when you’ve got 33 unique looks to choose form, each with their own collections of colourways, there is surely something for everyone.

The Air Jordan 13 ad its birthday in 1998nd has since been released another two times; once in 2005 and again in 2010. We had penalty of rumours of another dropping in 217 but alas, that turned out not to be true.

Now, it is officially back with the Air Jordan 13 “Flint” colourway. This drop will be part of the “Truest of the OG” collection. A collection with a name like that is destined to include a few throwbacks and the new Air Jordan 13 look pays homage to the original 1998 look perfectly.

The 2020 shoe starts off with a pebble white leather toe with 3M reflective Navy mesh panelling long both sides. The mudguards are made from suede in a Flint Grey aesthetic, as is the heel, which provides a great colour contrast that doesn’t require hugely bold colours, trusting instead in simple colours blending well together.

The Jumpman branding is decked out in University Blue colouring and appear on the tongue as well as the signature fish eye hologram on the heels. The shoe is finished off with white lacing as well as a white grey rubber outsole.

Head over to retailers on May 30th for drop day. If you miss out, head over to Laced’s online trainers resale market for buy and sell options on the new Air Jordan 13 “flint”.
