Although the rumour mill first began back in June, official imagery has finally emerged in order to confirm the upcoming release of the Yeezy Boost 380 “Stone Salt” colourway in stunning details. This means we’re able to get our best look yet at these forthcoming sneakers and ascertain how well they’re expected to do once they hit the shelves later this year.
In recent years, the Yeezy footwear lineup has been dominated by muted tones that have proven to be a hit with fans of the 350 V2 and 380 respectively. Whilst the “Stone Salt” iteration doesn’t completely take a step back from these hues, featuring those earthy tones we’ve all come to expect once again, it does introduce a shade of grey in an attempt to refresh the brand and inject a wave of a new interest for Ye and his team.
The Primeknit upper once again stays true to the semi-translucent profile striping design and those perforations that add a much-needed dash of texture to the colourway. Adorned in three different shades of brown, the Yeezy Boost 380 “Stone Salt” is subtly earthy whilst still managing to set itself apart from previous iterations of the silhouette. The midsole showcases a familiar ‘milky’ brown hue that works well with the overall concept of the colourway in order to create a sneaker that will have fans of the Yeezy brand begging for an opportunity to add them to their collection.
So far we’ve only been able to get our hands on official images of this Yeezy 380, however the “Stone Salt” colourway is expected to launch sometime in October. As always, you’ll need to be quick on the mouse clicker to stand any chance of copping a pair of these must-have beauties.
