When is the Yeezy 350 Antlia coming out?

The Yeezy 350 Antlia looks set to drop June 22nd 2019. With the product being an exclusive release only available in Europe, Russia and Ukraine. Much the same as the trio of Yeezy Boost 350 from March. The Yeezy 350 Antlia will drop with two other regional exclusive colourways. With the Asia & Africa exclusive ‘Synth’ colourway also dropping June 22nd. While the North and Latin American exclusive ‘Lundmark’ colourway delaying its release until July 11th. All three colourways will be retailing at £170 for adults, £110 for kids, and £90 for infants.

What does the Antlia look like?

The Antlia uses the now favoured “v2” variation of the silhouette as its base. What this means is the shoe does not feature the “SPLY-350” text on the upper. Instead, this model features a semi-translucent stripe which debuted back in December 2018 with the ‘Static’ colourway. The Antlia appears to combine soft canary yellow with cool grey across its Primeknit upper. With the only contrast from this tone coming in the form of its gum outsole which wraps around the toe cap and heel. The most noteworthy feature on the Antlia is the lack of a heel pull tap. An ever present component to the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 previously.

Where does the Antlia get its name?

The Antlia colourway gets its name from a constellation in the Southern Celestial Hemisphere. This is not at all suprising as Kanye West has a history of using natural phenomenon as inspiration for both products names and design. A perfect example of this would be two of the Yeezy 700 v2s that released this year, the Geode and the Tephra.
