Now that the whole world is currently in quarantine thanks to Coronavirus there is one thing us sneaker freaks can focus all our attention on: Building up our collection ready for when this whole thing blows over and we can step foot outside once again.

What better way to celebrate social distancing than adding a brand new Yeezy 350 V2 to the mix? This time Ye and the gang have built on their triple black aesthetic with another dark colourway. This time, instead of opting for another complete blackout, they’ve gone for a charcoal look for an earthy tone straight out of the Yeezy handbook.

The first teasers of the “Cinder” suggested we were in for another all black colourway so it was a nice surprise to find out that we were in fact being treated to a more earthier brown colourway for 2020. Black is a popular choice in the sneaker world but we expect this charcoal brown to go down nicely amongst fans.

The charcoal Primeknit upper on the new look is divided with a darker more solid black sidestripe. The jagged Boost midsole which has become a mainstay of the 350 look over the past few years remains – this time in all black with a light brown/tan outsole that runs up the back of the heel and toe.

A charcoal brown heel tab and black tubular lacing completes the look that we expect is going to be very visible on the feet of many this summer – once our summer actually begins.

The “Cinder” is a well-balanced colour scheme that will fit in seamlessly with plenty of different looks so we expect more fans than ever before to try and cop a pair on release.

The new Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Cinder” drops on March 21 on the adidas site and across selected retailers once again and are set to be prices at $220 (£178).
