Yeezy Weekly | Yeezy News

News in the trainer world comes thick and fast, so naturally staying up to date on all the latest rumours, releases and everything in between can feel like an uphill battle. What we are aiming to do here at Laced, is collate all the information surrounding the ever-changing world of Kanye West and his footwear empire, and condense it into a weekly segment we are rather aptly calling ‘Yeezy Weekly’. Hopefully providing all the latest on everything Yeezy from the past 7 days, give or take, in an easily digestible and consistently informative way. Anything from release dates, to leaked photos, general news, and a whole range of other things, as long as it is in someway Yeezy News. We know at Laced being up to date is everything, and in the trainer world, knowledge is definitely power, and empowering the customer is what we are all about.

Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Lundmark

First up we’ve got some news surrounding a trio of Yeezy Boost 350 v2 colourways that have previously been teased across the internet. Well, sources have told us that much like the regional exclusive trio from March of this year (True Form, Hyperspace and Clay) these will also be made available in a similar manner. With the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Lundmark only purchasable from retailers in North and Latin America.

Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Synth

While the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Synth only available in Africa, the Asia Pacific, the Middle East and India.

Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Antlia

Finally with the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Antlia dropping exclusively in Europe, Russia and Ukraine. The latter two are reportedly dropping on June 22 while the Lundmark is touted to release a little later on July 13.

Yeezy Boost 700 v2 Blue Water

It also appears the vast and continued expansion of the Yeezy Boost 700 v2 portfolio in 2019 looks set to continue with yet another colourway being teased, this time with the working title ‘Blue Water’. Based on the mock-up images that are circulating this new colourway looks set to be crafted from a mix of mesh and leather panelling in keeping with the rest of the now well-established Yeezy Boost 700 v2 range, but this time dressed in both grey and greyish-blue hues not too dissimilar to the Yeezy Boost 700 Inertia only less purple. Its bulky midsole has also been hit with the ‘Blue Water’ tone, while a more vibrant blue is also highlighted on the outsole.

Yeezy Boost 451

Not only is Kanye West rolling out what seems like a constant stream of colourways for his already world famous silhouettes, but rumours are beginning to circulate of a potential new model which looks set to drop sometime this year. I initially became aware of the potential for a brand new silhouette with the working title Yeezy Boost 451, via a leaked sketch reportedly from Kanye West back at the turn of the year. Since then it appears the rumour has gained some traction with new images of the mysterious model now surfacing. Unlike Kanye West’s previous knit runner and bulky releases, this peculiar sneaker utilizes an all-mesh upper, highlighted by the sawtooth mould that extends from the midsole to eyelets.

The Adidas Yeezy Boost 451 was initially teased by West himself back in April in a now-deleted tweet, but this is the first update we’ve received since then.

Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Bred re-release #FAKENEWS

Lastly, for this week, I’m afraid I have to do a little bit of myth busting. Not too long ago rumour hub, and genuinely considered perpetually “in the know” Yeezy Mafia posted to Instagram to report that Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Bred was getting a re-release. Well since then the post has been deleted as Jon Wexler took to Twitter to refute any such claims as #FAKENEWS.

So there you have it, a lot to take in this week, and i’m sure there is much more on the way. For me personally I am definitely most excited about the Yeezy Boost 700 v2 Blue Water, so to stay up to date with any more information on anything mentioned and various other online trainer content make sure you keep it Laced.
